Personal mandalas that harmonize, heal and support your energy and spaces
Working with a personal mandala for an unknown person is a multi-layered process where I focus on sensing/connecting to the energy pattern of the person based on clues (text, video, photos). This phase can be a one-off or repeated. I then wait for the colours to "come", that is, the colour combination in which the personal mandala will be created.
At this point I start working on it (it is a digital graphic) and in the course of its creation I receive additional information from quantum space, on the basis of which the mandala gradually gets into its final form.
Customized mandalas are unique and personalized works of art created specifically for a particular being. They include a specific combination of colors and symmetry, a so-called chromotherapy formula for that individual.
Serving as a powerful tool for self-expression, meditation and contemplation, they offer a visual representation of an individual's inner world at a given moment in their life journey, their energy spectrum, the need to work with a specific palette of colours and associated emotions, and promote a sense of connection and harmony with their true self.

How to work with a personal mandala
- The ideal is to hang the mandala in your personal space and make a regular short meditation. First, we look at it for about 5-10 minutes (if we want, we can play some nice slow music to accompany it).
- Then we close our eyes, we can even lie down and feel the image that the mandala has left on our inner canvas. We notice sensations, bodily manifestations, pain in specific places.
- We write down all the sensations in a diary. Ideally we practice this for about 1 month, then we evaluate our feelings, experiences, improvements.
