Ancient India is another very powerful mystical place,with a fascinating history and a strong ability to lead people to self-healing, healing others and promoting spiritual growth. The colours chosen are based on the nuances of feelings that accompanied me in creating this mandala. In the center of the mandala we find the OM symbol, a sacred sound,a mantra and an invocation of Hindu origin.If you feel drawn to this mandala,try a short meditation.<\/p>\n

Notes on meditation with the mandala of India :<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mute the sound according to your preference, set the video to loop (repeat). Do a short breathing exercise (deep breath in, hold for 5 seconds and slow breath out 7 times in total).<\/p>\n

Let's look at the mandala and feel all the shades of its colors flowing through our body, awakening ancient memories, thoughts and connections.Let the sound of the Tibetan bowl take us to the sacred places we remember in the depths of our existence...After some time, we can close our eyes and calmly observe what appears on the inner canvas.We can stop working with the mandala as we feel it, or set a timer for 20 minutes.<\/p>\n

We notice any sensations that arise in the meditation process, anywhere in the body or in our feelings, and make a journal entry when we are finished.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
