The legends and myths of ancient Egypt have been with me since I was a child, and later serious archaeological literature found me.Even when I was looking for something else, I often ended up with a book dealing with ancient Egypt.<\/p>\n

Notes for meditation with mandala Egypt :<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mute the sound according to your preference, set the video to loop (repeat). Do a short breathing exercise (deep breath in, hold for 5 seconds and slow breath out 7 times in total).<\/p>\n

Let us look at the mandala and feel all the shades of their colours flowing through our body and awakening ancient memories, thoughts and connections, returning to places bathed by the majestic Nile -Abu-Simbel, Dendera, Luxor, Giza, the pyramids... After a while we can close our eyes and calmly observe what appears on the inner canvas. We stop working with the mandala as we feel it, or set a timer for 20 minutes.<\/p>\n

We notice any sensations that arise in the meditation process, anywhere in the body or in our feelings, and make a journal entry when we are finished.<\/p>\n
