When I was about 12 years old I got my hands on my first book about Atlantis,I was very intrigued and read it in one breath.I was a very sensitive child and the world around me often seemed unfair,harsh and sad. So I often escaped into a world of imagination,to places of gentle energy and soft colours,where love and peace flowed.Reading the book reminded me of a place I was convinced in my heart of hearts existed.The Atlantis Mandala is an expression of the gentleness and energy I encountered in my imagination.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you too feel drawn to this mandala, try doing a short meditation with it.<\/span><\/p>\n

Notes for meditation with Atlantis mandala :<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Mute the sound according to your preference, set the video to loop (repeat). Do a short breathing exercise (deep breath in, hold for 5 seconds and slow breath out 7 times in total). <\/span><\/p>\n

Look at the mandala and feel all the shades of its colours as they flow through our body and awaken ancient memories, thoughts and images.Thanks to the connection with the mandala we return to places we know intimately...After some time we can close our eyes and calmly observe what appears on the inner canvas.End the work with the mandala as we feel it, or set a timer for 20 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n

We notice any sensations that arise in the meditation process, anywhere in the body or in our feelings, and make a journal entry when we are finished.<\/span><\/p>\n
