The first chakra, also known as the root chakra or Muladhara, is located at the base of the spine. It is associated with our sense of stability, security and grounding. It controls our connection to the physical world, survival instincts and sense of belonging. When this chakra is strong and energetically balanced, it can help us feel solid, secure and anchored in life, allowing us to handle challenges with stability and confidence.The first chakra opens downward and has four petals.<\/p>\n

Notes on root chakra meditation:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mute the sound according to your preference, set the video to loop (repeat). We look at the mandala and at the same time we focus our inner vision on the base of the spine,we do a short breathing exercise (deep breath,hold for 5 seconds and slow exhale for a total of 7 times).We imagine our connection to the Earth, anchoring, security and try to feel the places of its influence, the sacrum, coccyx, genital area.We can intone the mantra LAM<\/strong>Imagine roots growing from our feet and continuing deep into the earth, from where they draw strength and energy for the first chakra, feel the intense shades of red on the mandala, and feel how they travel through our body to the root chakra and bring it back to a balanced state. The body will tell us when to stop.<\/p>\n

We notice all the sensations that arise in the process of meditation, directly in the area of this chakra, and anywhere else in the body or in our feelings, and after the meditation we make a journal entry.<\/p>\n
