The second chakra, also known as the sacral chakra<\/strong> or svadhisthana, is located in the lower abdomen, just below the navel. It is associated with our emotions, creativity, sensuality and relationships. The sacral chakra governs our ability to experience joy, seek pleasure, and connect intimately with others. By caring for this chakra and balancing it, we can enhance our emotional well-being, passion and harmonious relationships with others.<\/p>\n

Mute the sound according to your preference, set the video to loop (repeat). Focus your inner vision on the spot 2 fingers below the navel,do a short breathing exercise (deep breath in,hold for 5 seconds and slow exhale for a total of 7 times).Look at the mandala and intone the mantra VAM<\/strong> and imagine the power of water to cleanse our second chakra and help bring it back to a balanced state.We breathe in the shades of orange from the mandala and gradually feel how they help restore balance in the sacral chakra.After some time we can close our eyes and feel the mandala with our inner vision.The body itself tells us when to stop.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
