The fifth chakra, also known as the throat chakra<\/strong> or Visuddhi, is located at the base of the throat.It opens forward and has 16 petals It is associated with communication, self-expression and authenticity. The energetic stability in this chakra enhances our ability to express our thoughts and feelings clearly, emphatically and honestly. It promotes open and honest communication, allowing us to authentically share our thoughts and needs with others.<\/p>\n

Turn down the sound according to your own preference, set the video to loop (repeat)Focus your awareness on the neck area above the bite and do a short breathing exercise (deep breath in, hold for 5 seconds and slowly exhale for a total of 7 times).Allow the energy to flow freely.You can also say out loud what you are normally afraid to express.Synthesise the mantra HAM.<\/strong>Imagine entering the flow of a green-blue river and immersing yourself in it up to your neck.Feel the flow around your throat chakra, which is activated and brought back to a balanced state.After some time we can close our eyes and feel the mandala with our inner vision.The body itself will tell us when to stop.<\/p>\n
