The third eye chakra, also known as the sixth chakra or Ajna<\/strong>, is associated with intuition, insight and spiritual awareness. Activating and rebalancing the third eye chakra can increase clarity of perception and inner wisdom. It can be found between the eyes, above the nose, opens forward and has two petals.<\/p>\n

Notes on meditation with the Third Eye Chakra:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Turn down the sound according to your preference, set the video to loop (repeat).Focus your awareness on the area just above the bridge of your nose, between your eyebrows, do a short breathing exercise (deep breath in, hold for 5 seconds and slow breath out 7 times in total). This chakra is often blocked because we are afraid to \"see\" beyond our physical existence,imagine a stream of pure indigo color slowly clearing our third eye chakra and releasing all blockages.The body itself will tell us when to stop.<\/p>\n

We notice all the sensations that arise in the process of meditation, directly in the area of this chakra, and anywhere else in the body or in our feelings, and after the meditation we make a journal entry.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
