The seventh chakra - Sahasrara,<\/strong> located at the top of the head, is our antenna pointing out into the universe, helping us to pick up and transmit vibrations from the cosmic heart directly into our heart.It is associated with spirituality, divine connection and enlightenment. The crown chakra represents the highest state of consciousness and oneness with the universe. Opening and rebalancing the crown chakra can bring a sense of inner peace, spiritual awakening and deep connection to the higher realms of existence.It is open upwards and has 1000 petals - exactly the same number as the activation mandala that will accompany us in meditation.<\/p>\n

Notes on crown chakra meditation:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mute the sound according to your preference, set the video to loop (repeat). Focus your inner vision on the top of your head, do a short breathing exercise (deep breath in, hold for 5 seconds and slow exhale for a total of 7 times).Look at the mandala and intone the mantra AUM<\/strong> and imagine our connection to the universe, the flow of gentle purple shades of energy from the mandala permeating our whole body, concentrating in the head area and gradually feeling it help restore balance in the crown chakra.After some time we can close our eyes and feel the mandala with our inner vision.The body itself tells us when to stop.<\/p>\n

We notice all the sensations that arise in the process of meditation, directly in the area of this chakra, and anywhere else in the body or in our feelings, and after the meditation we make a journal entry.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
