\nAir is characterized by its invisible and immaterial nature and symbolizes the breath of life and the flow of thoughts. It is associated with the concepts of inspiration, intuition and information exchange. It personifies the power of communication, both verbal and non-verbal, and encourages the expression of thoughts and ideas.<\/p>\n

Notes on meditation with the element of <\/strong><\/b><\/strong><\/b><\/strong>AIR<\/b><\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Imagine that we can fly without wings by simply spreading our arms and mentally detaching ourselves from the stones that we (ourselves) often tie to our feet. Let's give ourselves the view from above, the lightness, the clarity, and imagine how the stream of fresh mountain air permeates our body and enters all the pores, not only through the nose... let's feel the small particles of prana gilded by the sun... let's breathe, let's float... and feel the feeling of incredible lightness and freedom...<\/p>\n

Let's look at the mandala and feel all the shades of its colors flowing through our body, cleansing it from the accumulation of worries, bad qualities, blocked energy.Let's finish working with the mandala as we feel it, or set a timer for 20 minutes.<\/p>\n

We notice any sensations that arise in the meditation process, anywhere in the body or in our feelings, and make a journal entry when we are finished.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
