EQUILIBRIUM of Elements<\/strong> is important for promoting balance, harmony, wholeness, personal growth and harmony with the natural world. It facilitates a deep understanding of the interconnectedness of all things and encourages us to live in harmony with ourselves and the universe.<\/p>\n

Equilibrium and harmony:<\/strong> The elements represent different aspects of existence, both within and without us. Achieving balance and harmony between these elements promotes overall well-being, inner peace and a harmonious relationship with the world around us. It helps to maintain a state of balance where none of the elements dominate,nor are they in short supply.<\/p>\n

Wholeness and unity:<\/strong> The elements are often perceived as interconnected and interdependent. Each element has its own unique characteristics and strengths, and when balanced, they form a unified whole. This balance reflects the interconnectedness of all things and the recognition that all elements have a role to play in the greater whole of existence.<\/p>\n

Personal growth and transformation:<\/strong> The elements are present not only in the external world, but also in us. Achieving balance between the elements can promote personal growth and transformation. It promotes self-reflection, self-awareness and the development of different aspects of our being such as physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.<\/p>\n

Natural cycles and rhythms:<\/strong> The elements are closely linked to natural cycles and rhythms. When they are in balance, they are in harmony with the natural order of things. This alignment can bring a sense of fluidity, synchronicity, and attunement to the larger cycles of life, allowing us to more easily navigate change and transformation.<\/p>\n

Manifestation and creation:<\/strong> Each element has its own unique qualities and energies that can be used to manifest and create. When they are in balance, their combined powers can be used effectively to manifest intentions, effect positive change and create a balanced and harmonious environment.<\/p>\n

Let's look at the mandala and feel all the shades of their colors as they flow through our body and cleanse it from the accumulation of worries, bad qualities, blocked energy.Let's perceive the individual elements in us, their strength or weakness, replenish them to a balanced level.Let's finish working with the mandala as we feel it, or set a timer for 20 minutes.<\/p>\n

We notice any sensations that arise in the meditation process, anywhere in the body or in our feelings, and make a journal entry when we are finished.<\/p>\n
