The legendary Avalon is one of the civilizations that appeared in my dreams, the Knights of the Round Table ... Merlin ... Morgana ... And so thanks<\/span><\/span> legend, a mandala was born that seeks to relate to this deeply spiritual place. In the centre of the mandala is one of the ancient sacred symbols - the Vescica Piscis, which can also be found on the hatch of the Chalice Well at Glastonbury - the place where, according to legend, Avalon was located.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

If you too feel drawn to this mandala, try doing a short meditation with it.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Notes on meditation with the mandala of Avalon :<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Mute the sound according to your preference, set the video to loop (repeat). Do a short breathing exercise (deep breath in, hold for 5 seconds and slow breath out 7 times in total). <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Let us look at the mandala and feel all the shades of its colours flowing through our body, awakening ancient memories, thoughts and connections.<\/span><\/span><\/span>..<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>After some time we can close our eyes and calmly watch what appears on the inner screen. We stop working with the mandala as we feel it, or set a timer for 20 minutes.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

We notice any sensations that arise in the meditation process, anywhere in the body or in our feelings, and make a journal entry when we are finished.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
