How to work with fluid images :<\/strong><\/p>\n

If the image speaks to you, it means that only you can decode the hidden meaning it holds for you.The title of the image can be a clue to help you trigger a response in your heart.The sound of water aids concentration and emphasizes the fluid nature of the image.<\/p>\n

Just take a moment and focus on the picture in its animated form. We do a short breathing exercise (deep breath in, hold for 5 seconds and slow breath out 7 times in total) and allow thoughts and insights to flow freely into our field of consciousness.<\/p>\n

Write down all thoughts, feelings, physical sensations in a journal for future reference.<\/p>\n
