Notes to work with s fluid fractal:
Mute the sound according to your preference, set the video to loop (repeat). We will do a short breathing exercise (deep breath in,hold for 5 seconds and slow breath out 7 times in total).We will focus on the colors of the fractal on the symmetry of the fractal elements and the amorphous immediacy of the fluid part. We can reflect on the main theme expressed in the name of the fractal and see if new insights,feelings,connections come to us.After some time we can close our eyes and perceive the fractal with our inner vision.The body itself will tell us when to stop.
We notice all the sensations that arise during the concentrated perception of the fractal anywhere in the body or in our feelings and make a journal entry when we are finished.
