EQUILIBRIUM of Chakras

Notes for meditation with EQUILIBRIUM of Chakras mandala :

Turn down the sound according to your own preference, set the video to loop (repeat).While looking at the mandala, focus your inner eyes on the centre of the chest, do a short breathing exercise (deep breath in, hold for 5 seconds and slow breath out 7 times in total). Feel all the energy centers from the root chakra towards the crown chakra as they gradually fill with energy and shine through with light in the color of the respective chakra (red,orange,yellow,green/pink,light green/blue,indigo,violet).Feel the cleansing power of all the supporting sounds,which will help us clear all the corners full of blocked energy. We breathe in the colours of the mandala,which gradually brings all the chakras back into balance.The body itself tells us when to stop.

We notice all the sensations that arise during the meditation, directly in the area of this chakra, as well as anywhere else in the body or in our feelings, and after the meditation we make a journal entry.
