Notes on working with the fractal cycle of the Four Seasons:
Mute the sound according to your preference, set the video to loop (repeat). Do a short breathing exercise (deep breath in,hold for 5 seconds and slow breath out 7 times in total).Focus on the colours and symmetry of the fractal elements:moving from the periphery,towards the central line. We can think about the name of the fractal and see if we get new insights,feelings,connections,or codes.After some time we can close our eyes and feel the fractal with our inner vision and focus more on the musical part,which expresses the essence of the fractal.The body itself tells us when to stop.
We perceive all the feelings,codes,messages that appear during the concentrated perception of the fractal anywhere in the body or in our feelings and when we are finished we make a journal entry.
