Touching the Heart

Notes on meditation with musical essences - type static mandala + melody:

Mute the sound according to your preference, set the video to loop (repeat). We do a short breathing exercise (deep breath in,hold for 5 seconds and slow breath out 7 times in total).If we are drawn to this composition,we probably need these colours and tones at this moment in our lives.We become aware of the underlying theme of the composition,we feel how it resonates with us. We look at the mandala and listen to the accompanying melody.We can even experiment and look at just the mandala without sound at first,adding the sound after a few minutes.Or we can lie down with our eyes closed and just feel the melody.The body will tell us when to stop.

We notice any sensations that arise in the process of meditation, anywhere in the body or in our feelings, and make a journal entry after the meditation is over.
