How to work with fluid images :
If the image appeals to you, it means that only you can decode the hidden meaning it holds for you. The title of the image can be a clue that helps you trigger a response in your heart. The sound of water helps focus and emphasizes the fluid nature of the image.
Just take a moment and focus on the picture in its animated form. We do a short breathing exercise (deep breath in, hold for 5 seconds and slow breath out 7 times in total) and allow the thoughts and insights to flow freely into our field of consciousness.
Write down all thoughts, feelings, physical sensations in a journal for future reference.
