FIRE Element

The fire element symbolizes energy, transformation, passion and enlightenment. Fire is characterized by radiant heat and bright flames and is associated with strength, vitality and the spark of life.

Fire is often seen as a symbol of creativity, inspiration and the manifestation of ideas into action. It represents both the destructive and transformative aspects of nature, as fire can bring destruction and chaos, but also purification and renewal.

The Fire element represents the dynamic and energetic aspects of existence, bringing warmth, light and power to initiate change and transformation.

Notes on meditation with the FIRE element:

Let us imagine the miracle of the creation of the universe, the birth of man, the active charge of plasma with unsuspected potential, the fire within us that drives us forward and sometimes consumes us within, let us be purified by its glorious flame, let us burn away all that is old and unnecessary and open our arms to celebrate the creation of a new real life within us.

Let's look at the mandala and feel all the shades of its colors flowing through our body, cleansing it from the accumulation of worries, bad qualities, blocked energy.Let's finish working with the mandala as we feel it, or set a timer for 20 minutes.

We notice any sensations that arise in the meditation process, anywhere in the body or in our feelings, and make a journal entry when we are finished.
