Notes on meditation with the earth element:
We sit in such a way that our bare feet are in full contact with the ground. We feel a sense of security in every part of our body, we feel the connection and the cycle of life...
We remember the moments before we were born, when we received nutrients from our mother through the umbilical cord from sources grown on Earth, and we realize that our bodies will return there one day.We stop perceiving the boundaries between I and you, we and you, and realize that we are part of everything around us...
We concentrate on those aspects of our nature where we lack anchorage, we choose one, we look at the mandala dedicated to the earth element, we surrender the unnecessary to the earth we take what we need, strength, stability, anchorage. During meditation we feel this aspect gradually stabilize.Remember to breathe properly. The body itself will tell us when to stop.
We notice any sensations that arise in the meditation process, anywhere in the body or in our feelings, and make a journal entry when we are finished.
