Avalon

The legendary Avalon is one of the civilizations that appeared in my dreams, the Knights of the Round Table ... Merlin ... Morgana ... And so thanks legend, a mandala was born that seeks to relate to this deeply spiritual place. In the centre of the mandala is one of the ancient sacred symbols - the Vescica Piscis, which can also be found on the hatch of the Chalice Well at Glastonbury - the place where, according to legend, Avalon was located.

Notes on meditation with the mandala of Avalon :

Mute the sound according to your preference, set the video to loop (repeat). Do a short breathing exercise (deep breath in, hold for 5 seconds and slow breath out 7 times in total).

Let us look at the mandala and feel all the shades of its colours flowing through our body, awakening ancient memories, thoughts and connections...After some time we can close our eyes and calmly watch what appears on the inner screen. We stop working with the mandala as we feel it, or set a timer for 20 minutes.

We notice any sensations that arise in the meditation process, anywhere in the body or in our feelings, and make a journal entry when we are finished.
