The Celtic civilization evokes in me a beautiful connection with nature and an almost visible presence of the elemental beings or spirits of nature that surround us - and it is for this reason that the colors of the mandala came to my mind automatically when I began to focus on my connection to this civilization.
Notes on meditation with the Celtic mandala :
Mute the sound according to your preference, set the video to loop (repeat). Do a short breathing exercise (deep breath in, hold for 5 seconds and slow breath out 7 times in total).
Let us look at the mandala and feel all the shades of its colours as they flow through our body and awaken ancient memories, thoughts and connections.Imagining sacred Celtic sites, mythology, druids, Stonehenge .....After some time, we can close our eyes and calmly observe what appears on the inner canvas.We stop working with the mandala as we feel it, or set a timer for 20 minutes.
We notice any sensations that arise in the meditation process, anywhere in the body or in our feelings, and make a journal entry when we are finished.
