Notes on meditation with the element of InATER:

Imagine that we are floating on our backs on the surface of the sea and slowly flowing in the rhythm of the loving waves... we are aware of our depths, and if the water element is missing or scarce we let it in. We know that our body is made up mostly of water, just like the oceans and seas, which occupy a larger area on the planet than the land.We are aware of our inner currents: blood, lymph, cerebrospinal fluid...Let us accept the water element as an integral part of us inside and out.Let it flow within us and around us...

Let's look at the mandala and feel all the shades of its colors flowing through our body, cleansing it from the accumulation of worries, bad qualities, blocked energy.Let's finish working with the mandala as we feel it, or set a timer for 20 minutes.

We notice any sensations that arise in the meditation process, anywhere in the body or in our feelings, and make a journal entry when we are finished.
