Until I was 14 years old, I suffered from frequent upper respiratory infections, so books were my frequent companions.I believed that the ancient peoples passed on the secret knowledge of how to heal the body and soul from generation to generation.I myself was convinced that I had this ability, I just didn't know how to access it.
I immersed myself in reading about the indigenous people of North America and the information about shamans, healers using a connection with nature, preparing "medicine" for the pains of body and soul, was something that evoked an inner response of ancient knowledge. And so the Native American mandala could not be missed.
If you too feel drawn to this mandala, try doing a short meditation with it.
Notes for meditation with mandala Native Americans:
Mute the sound according to your preference, set the video to loop (repeat). Do a short breathing exercise (deep breath in, hold for 5 seconds and slow breath out 7 times in total).
Let's look at the mandala and feel all the shades of its colours flowing through our body, awakening ancient memories, thoughts and images, the echo of the sounds of shamanic drums and the chanting of the elders taking us back to places we know intimately...After some time we can close our eyes and calmly observe what appears on the inner canvas. We can finish working with the mandala as we feel it, or set a timer for 20 minutes.
We notice any sensations that arise in the meditation process, anywhere in the body or in our feelings, and make a journal entry when we are finished.
